FAQ's

1. What do you do exactly? We take your photo (digital or hardcopy), produce a beautiful canvas and professionally frame it.
2. What is your turn-around time? Our standard turnaround time is two weeks.
3. Can MyLife-MyArt retouch the photos I submit? Yes! We offer basic retouching options (such as red-eye removal) for FREE! We also offer more advanced retouching options (such as removing a person from a picture or creating a montage from several photos) for which we charge a small fee. Simply click on "Alterations" on our Order Page to see all that we offer.
4. Can you remove the date/time stamp on my photos? Yes! Our artists will always remove the date/time stamps on any photos we receive, for no additional charge.
5. Do you offer any other sizes? We are able to offer citually any size that is requested (providing that the image is high enough in resolution). To request a custom size, pleae contact CustomerCare@mylife-myart.com
6. What is Gallery-Wrap? Gallery-Wrap is a unique framing option. Our artists add two inches to your canvas, and wrap it around a 2-inch stretcher bar to give it a "floating effect"! (Note: Narrower 1 - 1.5" bars don't let your painting stand out as much!)
7. Will my image work? Our general guidelines for images are as follows:
   • For a 12 x 16" we recommend a 150 Kb (kilobyte) image or larger.
   • For larger sizes (such as a 16 x 16" and 18 x 24") we as for 750 Kb images or larger.
   • For sizes larger than that, the image generally needs to be 1.5 Mb (megabytes) or larger.
   If you'd like, you can send your image to CustomerCare@mylife-myart.com and we will give you feedback on it.
   If you submit an image that cannot be produced at the size that you chose, we will notify you so you can select an alternate image or choose a smaller painting size.
8. Why is there no charge to my credit card? MyLife-MyArt values customer service above all else. We usually do not charge your credit card until we have confirmation that UPS has your package
9. Do you do international shipping? Yes! Please contact us at CustomerCare@mylife-myart.com or call 800-493-1334 for international shipping quotes.
10. I would like to become a reseller of your paintings. We welcome resellers to contact us regarding our services. Please call 800-493-1334 to receive information.
